Veteran broker Arlene Weidberg’s number one mission is to harness her many years of experience on behalf of her clients and make their real estate dreams come true. Arlene has earned recognition, not only for providing exceptional service, but also for her impressive industry accomplishments. She has sold and bought millions of dollars of property, earning numerous awards from top national firms, including a 2007 President’s Circle Award, numerous “Broker of the Month” accolades, and a 2006 Chairman’s Circle Gold Award among many others, which put her in the top 1% of all agents worldwide.

Given her achievements, it is not surprising that Arlene enjoys an ongoing stream of referrals as well as much repeat business from satisfied customers. Both her buying and her selling clients appreciate her dedication, diligence and attention to detail, which result in successful, and enjoyable real estate transactions.

Arlene believes that knowledge is power, and with that in mind, she provides her clients with timely and pertinent information about the neighborhoods and buildings they are considering. Once a decision has been reached to either buy or sell, Arlene keeps her clients posted every step of the way as to the status of their transaction so that they are involved in the process until its successful conclusion.

Prior to entering the field of real estate, Arlene worked on Wall Street. She made the move when she realized that real estate was the perfect outlet for her polished interpersonal skills and her financial savvy. Before joining Halstead, Arlene worked for other top real estate companies, including owning and managing her own business before successfully merging it with another firm.

Arlene and her husband live on the Upper East Side. Arlene is an active Volunteer for American Cancer Society at Hope Lodge Manhattan, and when not fulfilling her clients’ real estate dreams, she enjoys reading, music, theater, decorating and design, and travel-when her busy schedule allows it!
